RALEIGH, N.C. -- Kenneth Frazier of Graham says he's looking forward to a good night's sleep after winning $1 million on a lottery ticket!

“I was bouncing off the walls,” Fraizer said. “I’ve had a couple of sleepless nights I was so excited."

Frazier bought the 10th Anniversary Millions ticket at the Circus Food Store on East Main Street in Graham.

He scratched the $10 ticket in the parking lot.

“I don’t even know how to describe it,” Fraizer said. “I felt this adrenaline rush all the way to my feet. I couldn’t speak. I went right back into the store to scan my ticket.”

He had the choice of taking a $1 million annuity that has 20 payments of $50,000 a year or a lump sum of $600,000. He chose the lump sum.

After taxes, he took home $417,009.

Frazier plans to pay off his mortgage.

The NC Lottery says Frazier won the last top prize in the 10th Anniversary Millions game. The lottery is now taking steps to end the game.
