Big Burger Spot Cuban Slider
1. Smoke Whole Pork Loin for around 4 hours at 225 degrees
2. Thin Slice loin and portion at 2.5 oz.
3. Top pork loin with Sweet Chili Sauce and melted provolone cheese.
4. Top with pickles and banana peppers and serve.
Big Burger Spot Pimento Bacon Slider
1. Place 2.5 oz. Pimento cheese on slider bun and top with 1 slice Applewood Smoked Bacon
Big Burger Spot Texas Style Chopped Brisket Slider
1. Rub Whole Beef Brisket with your favorite seasoning and smoke over Hickory wood for 12 hours at 225 degrees and cool.
2. Clean excess fat from Brisket and Chop into ¼ to ½ inch pieces
3. Add 6 oz. of your favorite BBQ sauce per lb. of brisket
4. Bake Brisket and sauce at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
5. Serve on slider buns topped with cheddar cheese, pickles and red onions (or condiments of choice)
