HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Police arrested a man accused of a hit-and-run that injured a woman two weeks ago.

Police say Knyaw D. Htoo admitted to the hit-and-run after officers arrested him at his home.

The accident happened on Eastchester Drive at Haverly Drive. Police say a car hit a woman on a motorcycle and left the scene. The woman was taken to the hospital with a serious head injury.

Htoo was charged with Felony Hit and Run and Unsafe Lane Change Causing Serious Injury. He is in High Point Jail under a $500,000 secured bond.
