LEXINGTON, N.C. — Lexington Police say nearly two years after a man was shot and killed during a robbery, the alleged killers are behind bars.

Police say Rashemel Good and Joshua Norman face several charges including first degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering, and more.

The two men are accused of shooting Jonathan White on April 17, 2017 at his apartment on Jamaica Drive. White later died at the hospital from his injuries. Police say the motivation was robbery.

Norman was arrested Wednesday at the Davidson County Jail where he was being held under a $1.25 million bond related to a January 3, 2018 shooting.

Good was arrested at the Mecklenburg County Detention Center on Thursday where he was serving a 150 day sentence on a domestic violence charge.

Both men were given no bond for the April 17, 2017 murder.

Police say they are still investigating and additional charges are expected. Anyone with information that can help this case is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 336-243-2400.
