WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Winston-Salem Police need help finding two men who shot at a high school student near Parkland High School.

It happened around 4 p.m. Wednesday. The student told police he was standing outside the auditorium when one of the suspects grabbed the headphones off of the student's head and fled on foot toward the city pool area next to the school.

The student ran after him into the woods beside the school. The student then observed a second suspect running toward his direction from the pool. The student and now two suspects ran into the woods.

The student said one of the suspects fired two shots. The student was not injured and ran back to the school. The student notified school staff who contacted his mother and the police.
