We recently found this intense surveillance video from Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant in Lexington.

A mom yelled about her child choking and the waitress jumped into action, saving the life of the 17-month old.

Check out this first picture. She's cradling the child face down with one hand. You want to keep the child's head lower than their chest.

With the other hand, she gives five firm blows with the heel of your hand between the infant's shoulder blades. If that doesn't work, then turn the child face up, using two or three fingers right in the center of the infant's chest.
