GREENSBORO, N.C. - Here's a little money saving secret: People say you can save big traveling in the off-season,
but sometimes it's not fun! It means you have to put up with bad weather or not a lot to do. There's a new tool to help you decide if traveling in the off-season is worth it!

Off Peak lets you put in a city you want to travel to and give you this bar graph of average hotel prices.

Take Miami for example. If you went in March, you'd pay an average of $283. A month later prices are only $180 per night. The site also gives you the average weather for that day - so you know if you'll be able to stand off-season travel. It tells you if there's enough hotels open for that night. And if there's any big events going on that day, so you can avoid huge crowds and surge pricing.
