GREENSBORO, N.C. - You can shed pounds this summer without breaking the bank.

LeBauer Park is hosting free fitness boot camp classes for men and women of all ages.

Fitness trainer Rae Anne Mullins leads the 45-minute class. It starts with a quick warm up and transitions into a total body boosting workout.

"People should not be scared by the words 'boot camp'. It really just means we're going to do a total body workout. I work with all fitness levels and all ages. I can work with anybody. I really want to encourage people to just get up and move, " said Mullins.

Mullins provides all of the workout equipment for each class, including resistance bands, jump ropes, and weights.

People are still encouraged to bring their own workout mat and water.

"We break out into the workout sessions, which could include exercise stations, obstacle courses, or a board workout with a list of different activities," said Mullins. "Every weekend, it's something different and something interesting."

The free fitness boot camp classes are held each Saturday at LeBauer Park at 9 a.m.
