GREENSBORO, N.C. -- La Fiesta stopped by the Good Morning Show to share authentic Mexican recipes to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. 
  • 2 avocados
  • ½ cup fine chopped onions
  • ½ cup fine chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup fine chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup fine chopped jalapeno
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Procedure
  • In a bowl smash avocados with a fork until get creamy consistency then add all ingredients and mix well
  • 10-15 oz steak or chicken (slices)
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup sliced bell pepper
  • ½ cup sliced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Procedure
  • In a pan grill meat until ¾ cooked add onions and peppers wait until veggies are cooked then add tomatoes
  • Add salt and peppers and serve with rice and beans and don’t forget a good scoop of guacamole
