Disagreements are a part of life. They can be tough, but they're unavoidable. The best way to manage disagreements is to know the difference in a mild irritation and a big issue. Yes, people are going to say things that annoy. But, as long as they don't negatively impact your life then let them go.

Disagreements can cause a range of emotions. Make sure you let go of the negative emotions because if you let negative take root then you'll continue to have tension. And, emotion can shade logic, which will usually lead to more problems.
