Marriage and Family Therapist Jill White-Huffman discussed helpful ways to resolve conflict in relationships on the Good Morning Show.

White-Huffman says to disagree with your partner respectfully, you have to set boundaries. For example, be polite while your partner is speaking and don't speak out of turn.

If you can't agree, she says that's okay. Still remember to respect each other's point of view.
