They're doing this by living by their own rules, which is exactly what you should do. You start to lose confidence when you compare yourselves to society's standards of aging. Do what makes you happy. Live for yourself. This means that if you want to change careers, move out of the country or swim with sharks then do it. Your life is yours so take charge of it.
