Guns carried out of Greensboro home during ALE raid

ALE officials confirmed they were executing search warrants as part of a multi-day investigation in the Greensboro area.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Greensboro Police Department spokesperson confirmed police assisted with North Carolina Alcohol Enforcement Agency (ALE) raids Wednesday morning. Police blocked off part of Randolph Avenue. 

An ALE spokesperson confirmed they were executing search warrants in the Greensboro area as part of a multi-day operation. The ALE said it will wait to release more information until the operation is complete. 

News 2 crews spotted law enforcement officials carrying guns out of a home while at the scene. A Highway Patrol helicopter was also circling the area.
