HIGH POINT, N.C. — Triad drivers should watch for a ramp closure Thursday night on I-74 in High Point.
The North Carolina Department of Transportation will close the ramp from westbound I-74 to NC 68 starting at 10 p.m. to install new drainage pipe under the ramp. The ramp is expected to reopen Friday by 5 a.m., weather permitting.
A signed detour will be shown to send traffic to Exit 66 (Johnson Street), across the bridge and back on the interstate to return to NC 68.
