GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police say they're investigating an incident on Market Street as a death investigation.
Several lanes of Market Street between Shaw and Winston Streets were closed Tuesday morning due to what was initially called a traffic investigation.
Police have since said the incident is a death investigation. Police say there is no evidence the death was a traffic fatality, and there are no signs of foul play.
