CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine is returning to Charlotte.

The Virginia senator is scheduled to be in North Carolina Wednesday and Thursday to encourage voters to take advantage of early voting in North Carolina, according to the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Kaine’s trip to Charlotte is expected sometime Thursday afternoon, but the details of the event have not been released.

Kaine was in Davidson last Wednesday for a campaign visit, just two days after Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence visited the Queen City.
