GREENSBORO, N.C. --- Wednesday morning will be a very cold for the Piedmont. Cold air is rushing into the area behind a cold front that moved through the area Tuesday.

Temperatures will start the morning in the upper teens to low 20°s. Once you factor in the breeze, it'll feel like it is in the single digits for some communities, mainly NW of the Triad, by early Wednesday morning.

Although we'll see plenty of sunshine Wednesday, highs will struggle to make it into the mid to upper 30s in most locations. A few spots may briefly reach the low 40s.
