One Year After Dad's Murder, Man Fulfills Dream Of Driving In NASCAR Truck Series Race

Henry County, Va. -- Virginia native Brad Foy will race in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for the first time this weekend, honoring his late father.

"He always tried to live life with no regrets. If he wanted to do something or get something he would do it," said Foy. "So I figured I'm young, I still race. I might as well try to run the truck series now."

Before driving in the World Truck Series, he raced late model cars, but hasn't raced since his father's murder in Franklin County back in May.

After sharing his story, Foy partnered with NASCAR driver Jennifer Jo Cobb to get back on the track.

Foy said this is a step in his grieving process and something to be excited about.
