RALEIGH, N.C. -- The second time was the charm for a Greensboro man who won 1 million dollars on a lottery ticket drawing!

"I was freaked out," said Jesse Callahan. "I actually got sick."

The 28-year-old internet marketer won the money by entering his Extreme Millions scratch-off ticket into a second-chance drawing for a grand prize of $1 million.

Callahan won the first of four second-chance drawings. His entry was chosen from 1,035,178.

He says he wants to work on his art and music, create a self-improvement program, and visit South Korea.

Callahan claimed his prize on Tuesday at the lottery headquarters in Raleigh. He had the choice of taking a $1 million annuity that has 20 payments of $50,000 a year or a lump sum of $600,000. He chose the annual payments.
