- 1 tsp. chopped parsley- 5 oz. coarsely chopped shrimp
- 1/2 tsp. green onion
- 1 tsp. blackfish blackening seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients. Form into 5 oz. patty. Cook in saute pan with butter or oil approximately 3 minutes on each side or until completely done.
Corn Avocado Relish:
- 1/2 cup fresh roasted corn
- 1/2 cup fresh diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- fresh squeezed lime juice of 2 limes
Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl and toss completely.
Shrimp Burger Assembly:
Butter and toast brioche bun. Place fresh shredded iceberg lettuce on bottom bun. Place cooked shrimp burger on on top of shredded lettuce. Drizzle 1/2 oz. of lemon tarter sauce on the top bun. Place 1 heaping Tbsp. of corn avocado relish on top of shrimp. Put top bun in place. ENJOY!
Two pieces of cooked apple wood smoked bacon dipped in butter milk and our burger bacon flour (self-rising flour with salt and pepper) twice to achieve the full coverage on the bacon. Place in saute pan with hot oil for approximately 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
10 oz. patty seasoned generously (approximately 1/2 tsp. on each side) cooked to desired temperature.
Toast one brioche bun with butter. Place leaf lettuce, 2 tomato slices, and 2 dill pickle slices on the bottom bun. Place cooked burger on top.
Place 2 pieces of fried bacon on top of the burger (break each piece in half to yield 4 pieces and stack.)
Place 1/2 oz. horseradish mayo on top bun.
Place on top of bacon.
