Recipes From Hibachi II: Crispy Shrimp Roll & Red Curry

Cooking With Hibachi 2

Crispy shrimp roll 

  1 lb of shrimp 

  1 tsp of fresh ground ginger 

  1 tsp garlic powder 

  1/3 tsp black pepper 

  1/2 tsp of salt 

  1 Pack of spring roll wrapper 

  1 bottle of vegetable oil 

  Mix all of this together, and let sit for two hours. 

After this wrap all of it together in the spring roll paper, drop in a pot of hot oil. 

Red Curry 

  1 lb of beef, chicken, or shrimp.

  1/2 of a full green AND red bell pepper. 

  1/2 of a full white onion.

  1/2 lb of green bean. 

  1 can of bamboo shoots. 

  A few basil leaves.

Four tsp of curry paste, two tsp of lemon grass, 1 tsp of fresh ground garlic, 1 can of coconut milk, and two cans of chicken broth. 

Brown the garlic with lemon grass, and Curry paste, then add chicken broth and coconut milk. Mix all of this together and serve with basil leaves on top.
