Shrimp Botanas:

12 Large Clean and deveined shrimp

8oz Pico de Gallo

Lettuce

Avocado slices

Lime

Procedure

Cook shrimp in a pan until get gold edges

On a plate put lettuce on the half then garnish with avocado slices, on the other half put pico de gallo and shrimp on top of that, squeeze a lime

Camarones Con Hongos

18 Large Clean and deveined shrimp

Mushrooms slices

Garlic powder

Salt

Rice & refried beans

Procedure

Cook shrimp on a pan with butter, add mushrooms, garlic and salt, serve accompanied with rice and beans.
