Tostadas de Salpicon

Three deep fried corn tortillas

½ pound brisket (cooked and shredded)

1 cup fine dice tomatoes

½ cup fine diced onions

½ cup fine chopped cilantro

2 cups fine chopped lettuce

1 cup fined diced radishes

Mayonnaise

Juice of one lime

2 teaspoons of white vinegar

Salt and pepper

Prep

Mix all veggies with meat add lime juice, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste;

Spread some mayonnaise on the tostadas and topped with the salad.

 

Nachos Machos

Ingredients:

Nacho Chips

Cheese sauce

Beans

Ground beef (cooked, seasoned with pepper and salt)

Lettuce

Pico de Gallo

Pickle jalapeños

Sour cream

Prep

On a plate set the nachos and topped with beans, beef and cheese and warm it up in the oven then cover it with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and Jalapeños.
