Recipes From La Fiesta: Arroz Norteno and Pollo Con Crema

Arroz NorteƱo

5oz Flank Steak

5oz Chicken breast

5oz Shrimp

1 cheese quesadilla

Rice (Spanish or Steamed)

Diced onions

Diced mushrooms

Salt and pepper

Garlic salt

Preparation:

In a pan cook all the meats with some butter, when is almost done add onions, mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic salt.

Serve over rice and garnish with a cheese quesadilla


Pollo Con Crema:

10 oz chicken breast

Sour cream

Onions

Tomatoes

Bell pepper

Spanish rice

Refried beans

Preparation:

In a pan cook chicken, onions, tomatoes and pepper, when is done check taste and salt.

On a separate pan, add the sour cream, when it's about to boil add the chicken with the vegetables and wait until flavors are blended.

Serve on a plate with rice and beans!
