Veggie Crunch Wrap

8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese

6 oz Poppy Seed Dressing

1/2 cup Toasted Walnuts

1/2 cup Raisins

1 cup Shredded Carrots

1 cup Shredded Red Cabbage

1 cup Baby Spinach

1 Whole Wheat Tortilla

Blend Cheese and Dressing

Add Walnuts and Raisins

Place a large scoop of mix onto Whole Wheat Tortilla

Add Carrots, Cabbage, and Spinach

Wrap ingredients Burrito style, cut in half, and enjoy!

Muddy Creek Pimento Cheese

(makes 1 Gallon)

1 five-pound bag of sharp shredded cheddar cheese

¾ can roasted red peppers; drain, remove seeds and finely dice

8 to 10 finely diced scallions

4 cups of Mayonnaise

4 TB. Texas Pete (about 10 good splashes)

2 ½ Worcestershire

Mix all ingredients well. Enjoy!
