Turkey Brie Melt
2 Slices Of Sour Dough Bread - Buttered and Grilled
6 Oz. Of Roasted Turkey
3 Slices (5 Oz) Of Brie Cheese
2 Tbls Of Jelled Cranberry Sauce - Smashed to allow it to spread
Thanksgiving Sliders
3 Dinner Rolls - Sliced in Half
1 oz Mashed Potatoes
1 oz Cranberry Sauce
1 oz Stuffing
2 oz Roasted Turkey
1 oz Turkey Gravy
Thanksgiving Quiche
1 9 in pie Crust - Baked 10 mins
3 Large Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Milk or Half And Half
2/3 Cup Ham (Diced)
2/3 Roasted Turkey (Diced)
2/3 Cup shredded Cheddar
Bake 350 degrees for 30 mins until sides are firm.
After Quiche rests/cools for 10 mins, Spread 2 tbsp Cranberry on top.
