2 Test: The Neater Feeder

When it comes to feeding your four legged friends, things can get messy. Food and water often fall out of the bowl and all over the floor. But the Neater Feeder claims to be spill proof and comfortable for your pet to use. The question is: does it work. Find out in this 2 test conducted by our sister station WGRZ.

They bought a set of two at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $19.99. Tester, Maria, has tried them with her pups. She said, " They're raised off the floor which they say is better for a dog's digestion." And she said it helped make dinner time less messy! "When the dogs splatter up and stuff. It catches it and keeps the walls from getting all messed up."

The bowls are stainless, and the top comes right off, and Maria said it's easy to clean up. "That would all be on my floor. And just a quick wipe, and it cleans up real easy. I love, love, love this product."

It also comes in different sizes and colors, to possibly match your kitchen.

So Maria liked the Neater Feeder -- and she's giving them two thumbs up! "Love this product very much."

Leg extensions, to make it taller for larger dogs, can be purchased separately. The extensions are also said to be easy to install. Again, we found them at Bed, Bath, and Beyond -- ranging in price from $35 to $60, but they're also available through the Neater Feeder website, PETCO, and other authorized retailers.
