New Haven, CT (Sports Network) - Porter Braswell scored 19 points to lead the Yale Bulldogs to a 79-75 overtime victory over the Dartmouth Big Green in an Ivy League thriller at Lee Amphitheater.

Greg Mangano nearly posted a triple-double for Yale (13-12, 6-5 Ivy), as he finished with 16 points, 10 rebounds and seven blocks. Jeremiah Kreisberg added 14 points, while Reggie Willhite recorded a double-double with 10 points and 11 boards.

Dartmouth (5-20, 1-10), which lost its eight straight game, was led by Ronnie Dixon's 18 points. Tyler Melville added 12 points, five rebounds and five assists and Clive Weeden scored nine points to go with his 13 rebounds.

The first half was a sign of the tight-fisted battle to come, as the Big Green took a slim 33-32 lead into the locker room behind a 6-of-10 performance from the charity stripe.

Neither team led by more than two points in the final four minutes of regulation. Dixon's layup with under a minute remaining tied the game at 65- all, sending it into bonus time.

Yale fell behind by four points early in overtime, but used a 5-0 run to climb back into the game. Over the final 26 seconds, the Bulldogs converted 7-of-8 free throws to hang on for the win.

In all, Yale outscored Dartmouth 9-2 from the charity stripe in the overtime session.
