(CBS)-- CBS Sunday morning featured a story on the history of blue jeans from American's mines to designer stores.
During that piece, the reporter spoke with one American designer who prefers using old school techniques to make his jeans.
The designer' denim is manufactured at the Cone Mills White Oak Plant in Greensboro, NC. One of the oldest in the country.
The featured segment was titled: Blue Jeans: The Fabric of Freedom.
