Raleigh, NC -- An Eden man and his mother have big plans for their money after winning the lottery.
Rocky Bibee and his mother Linda Fulp plan to use the $100,000 they won from playing Carolina Black to buy a car, take their family to Disney World and start a college fund for Bibee's children.
The two received a check for $68,001 after state and federal taxes, and they are the first to claim the top prize in Carolina Black, which launched Tuesday.
And, Carolina Black isn't done yet. There are still five more top prizes to be claimed.
