Graham, NC-- Police in Burlington said part of the mystery surrounding a missing woman has been solved. They know where she is.
The sad part is she's dead. Last week a hunter in Alamance County called the sheriff's office after finding some human remains.
The skeletal remains were found in the 4200 Block of Union Ridge Road and Friday, Detectives said they remains have been positively identified as those of Debra Dianne Sellars.
Investigators are still looking into the case. There are two rewards available for information on Sellars case. A $5000.00 reward available thanks to Governor Beverly Perdue's office and an additional reward of $2500 from Crimestoppers.
Police hope the money is incentive enough to get information for an arrest and conviction of the individual/s responsible for the disappearance and suspected murder of Debra Dianne Sellars.
Anyone with information should contact the Burlington Police Department at 336-229-3500 or Crimestoppers at 336-229-7100.
