New Orleans, LA -- Two years later, and there's justice for the atrocity that is the BP oil spill.

Around noon Thursday, BP announced it will pay $4.5 billion to the U.S. government and plead guilty to eleven felony misconduct counts, for the eleven people who died in the Gulf oil spill in 2010.  That's along with a guilty plea of lying to Congress.

A grand jury has also indicted two BP well site leaders with charges of manslaughter.  They could be found negligent for failing to supervise key safety tests on the Deepwater Horizon Rig.

But that's not all, a BP Vice President has also been indicted on obstruction charges and making false statements, for lying to federal investigators when asked about how much oil was flowing into the Gulf.

BP will pay the $4.5 billion over five years.  It is the largest criminal fine in U.S. history.
