Greensboro, NC - Mother Nature gives the "Gift of Warmth" to the Triad. And folks were out enjoying, from people riding bikes to skateboarders on Monday.
"Enjoy the weather, while it's here," said Sylvester Caraway.
The winning of "Warm Fall Weather" equation is everyone, who decided to venture outside through-out the day.
Forecast says, temperatures this week will be above average, with the southwesterly wind flow. Expect a very mild Monday night, with lows as much as 20 degrees above normal.
Highs during the day will be close to 70 into Tuesday.
This warming trend comes, after the Jetstream lifts towards the north.
Companies that rely on the colder condition for business, end up suffering because of the warmth.
"I'm not going to be very busy on the heating and air conditioning side and there's really nothing I can do about it."
Soak up the sunshine and heat, while it last. Forecasts expect temperatures to drop near normal by Wednesday, as a cold front moves through the Triad.
