Los Angeles, CA -- Actor Fred Willard has completed a diversion program for his arrest this summer for a suspected lewd act at a Hollywood adult theater. A spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney's office says Willard finished the program in September.
And that means he no longer faces charges for his arrest back on July 18 of last year. Willard was busted after vice officers reported seeing him engaged in a lewd act at the adult movie house. Williard is 72. He was fired from his job narrating "Market Warriors" by a Boston public TV station shortly after his bust.
