Four Arrested For Spraying Gang Graffiti, Alamance County Gang Task Force Seeks One More Suspect

Burlington, NC -- Four people have been arrested for spray painting gang graffiti in Alamance County, and another suspect is still wanted on similar charges.

The Alamance County Gang Task Force said they received multiple complaints about the graffiti between November 21 and December 16 2012.

This week, they arrested four individuals, three under the age of 18-years-old. One of the underage offenders will appear in juvenile court and the other three have all been placed in the Alamance County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Each person has been charged with Placing an Exhibit to Intimidate, 7 counts of Injury to Real Property, Injury to Personal Property and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The person that will be tried in juvenile court is excluded from the last charge.

Kevin Osberto Padilla, 18-years-old, has not yet been arrested and is wanted for Placing an Exhibit with the Intent to Intimidate, 4 counts of Injury to Real Property and Injury to Personal Property.
