Touch Down Tequila Chicken Wings Recipe 
2lbs of chicken wings
2 cups of enchilada sauce from the can
1/4 cup of tequila
1 tbs cilantro chopped
1 tbs green onion chopped

Deep fryer- follow manufacturers instructions
Deep fry chicken wings until desired crispness

Pour enchilada sauce and tequila over wings and bake at 350 for 35 min.
Place wings on platter and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and green onion.


Jasmine's Team Spirit Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

3 cups of cooked shredded chicken breast
1 cup of blue cheese crumbled
1 cup of finely chopped celery
1 1/2 cups of buffalo wing sauce ( your favorite)
1/4 cup of tiger specialty hot sauce ( optional )
Toss cooked chicken with Buffalo and tiger sauce

Layer all ingredients starting with chicken saving some of the blue cheese for the top to end with.

Garnish with green onion (optional)


Esta C's Crunchy Tackle Fresh Fried Tortilla Chips Recipe
1 package of corn tortilla's
cut tortillas like a pizza
separate tortillas and gently place in hot oil ..shake the frying basket to keep chips frying separate.
fry to desired brown color
pull chips out of fryer and salt immediately and serve hot


Fried Cheese Balls Recipe

1 cup of pickled jalapeno peppers rough chopped (optional to sprinkle in mac n cheese mixture for balls)

2 cups each of Parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs mixed in a bowl

3 eggs mixed with 2 tbs milk in a bowl
remember to keep wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls for dredging

1 12 or 16 ounce box of elbow macaroni.

1 can evaporated milk

1 stick butter

1/4 cream cheese

2 or 3 eggs

Cheese and more Cheese: 2 bags Sharp Cheddar

2 bags Mozzarella cheese

1 bag Colby jack

Milk whole Vitamin D***

Mix all of the mac and cheese ingredients in one pot and bake at 350 for 45 min. Sprinkle jalapenos on top.

Let cool in a the baking pan then refrigerate overnight. The next day, use an ice cream scooper to make round balls out of the macaroni and roll mac balls in the eggs and then in the Parmesan and panko breadcrumb mixture. Remember not to make them too big they take longer to fry.

Place balls on a cookie sheet and freeze until solid then remove balls and put in a zip lock bag reaming in the freezer until game day.

Deep fry mac and cheese balls at 325 until brown and crisp about 10 min.


Teriyaki Slider's Recipe

2 pounds of ground turkey.

Mix with 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce.

Make small patties with ice cream scooper.

1 can drained pineapple slices
1 sliced red onion
cocktail cherries for garnish
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Mix teriyaki sauce with burger meat (turkey/beef)
Grill shaped burgers.
Grill onions and pineapple and assemble burgers.

On buns with onion and pineapple, place top on bun then cherry on top with toothpick.

Remember each recipe can be doubled and tripled just by doubling the recipe.
