Tina Byrd, an Asheboro woman lost both her legs while helping the victims involved in a church bus crash in 2008.
Byrd was in the bus when a car crashed into it. She and the youth pastor were checking on the people in the car when a third car hit Byrd, severing her legs.
Both her legs were amputated following the accident. News 2 has followed her journey since 2008. Byrd has always been optimistic and positive about her accident. She thanks God for her life.
