Klauer said on Tuesday, Ramiro Alejandro Garcia Ramon also pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Defraud the United States by Smuggling and Attempting to Smuggle Firearms, Ammunition and Firearms Accessories from the United States to Mexico.

Both are scheduled to be sentenced June 25.

The case against Medel Lorenzo is still pending, Klauer said and no court date has been scheduled yet.
