Greensboro--Finally temperatures have warmed up. Today will be a great outdoor day in the Piedmont. High temperatures should warm into the low and mid 60's during the afternoon.
Clouds will increase overnight as low pressure move out of the Southern Plains and heads our way. A warm front will arrive first and bring chance of showers Easter Sunday morning. As the low pressure tracks into New England, a cold front will approach Sunday afternoon and evening. It will produce a 50% chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms. As the fronts tracks eastward, the rain should end late Sunday night.
Monday will be a partly sunny and warm day with high temperatures reaching the mid and upper 60's. That warmer air will come to an end by Monday night.
Another cold front will move through the area Monday night. It will usher in colder air for Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs both days will only be near 50. There is a chance of light rain or drizzle during the day on Tuesday.
