The inspector said an employee touched a baked potato with their bare hands and the ice machine, pans, ladles and soda machine nozzles were all dirty. The general manager told WFMY News 2 the've made corrections and have requested a re-inspection.

The inspector said pans that were supposed to be clean still had food debris on them. They had to be re-washed and storage racks, counters and equipment all needed to be cleaned. The manager couldn't comment.

The inspector said there was no documentation or verification available regarding parasite destruction for sushi fish. And raw meat wasn't stored properly in the walk-in cooler -- some food was also stored on the floor.

According to the inspection report, a cooler wasn't keeping food cold enough. They had to throw it all away during the inspection. And employees weren't wearing hair restraints.
