Winston-Salem, NC -- Police arrested a Winston-Salem man three days after he called in bomb threats to government buildings in Winston-Salem.
Officers took Rico Jamar Williams, 27, into custody Thursday after they say he called in bomb threats at the Federal Building and the Forsyth County Hall of Justice.
After going through all safety procedures Monday, authorities determined the threats were fake.
Police arrested and charged Williams with two counts of making a false bomb report to a public building Thursday afternoon.
He's being held in the Forsyth County Detention Center without bond.
