Winston-Salem, NC -- Another Triad Harris Teeter has been robbed and this time there is an arrest.

Late Monday, Detectives with the Winston-Salem Police Department said they have arrested and charged 28 year-old Joseph Anthony Hernandez for the crime.

The investigation started when police said a man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and white face mask went into the grocery store on North Peace Haven Road with a gun around 12:35 am Monday. The man took an undetermined amount of cash after pointing the gun at a cashier.

Hernandez is charged with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Officers used a K-9 unit to track the robber, but they said they were unable to pick up his scent.

No injuries were reported.

Between Christmas Eve 2011 and May 15 2012 seven different Harris Teeters in Greensboro, High Point and Winston-Salem were robbed, prompting a reduction in their store hours. Last July Harris Teeter increased the Crime Stoppers reward to apprehend the suspects from $50,000 to $75,000.

Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (336) 727-2800.
