Lowest Gas Prices Are In South Carolina, Triple A Says

Gas prices dropped two cents in the last week, bringing the national average down to $3.61 a gallon.  South Carolina boasts the lowest gas prices in the nation at $3.24 a gallon, according to Triple A (AAA) Carolinas.

In North Carolina, the average gallon of gas is twenty cents more at $3.44, but in the Triad, you'll find gas a few cents cheaper at $3.40 a gallon.

The most expensive gas can be found in Hawaii at $4.36.
