NORTH CAROLINA - Abortion education is one step closer to being taught in North Carolina Schools.
The State House approved the bill which would teach kids that abortions put women at risk of later premature births.
The bill requires educators to teach students in grade seven and up about a number of risk factors associated with premature births, including abortion and prenatal care.
The Senate already passed the bill but will now have to approve the House's changes.
