Pizza Hut In Winston-Salem Robbed After Closing

Winston-Salem, NC -- Police in Winston-Salem are investigating an after-hours-robbery at a Pizza Hut by two men with guns.

Officers said they were called to the restaurant in the 2700 block of Peters Creek Parkway around 12:25 am Monday.

A manager was leaving the building with the restaurant's deposit when two men stole it and ran away, according to the police department. Investigators said they were last seen traveling east, towards nearby apartments.

The robbers were described to police as black men, both about 5'5" to 5'9". They wore dark clothing and covered their faces with bandannas.
