Deputies said the stolen vehicle and most of the items taken from the office were found in Delaware.

Scott Allen Horner, 38, was charged with Felonious Breaking and Entering and Larceny. He was taken to the Rockingham County Jail and was issued a $50,000 secured bond. His court date is scheduled for July 31.

Horner allegedly stole computers, TVs, a microwave, computer monitors, several office items and a DOT vehicle from the building on South Scales Street, July 3rd, according to the sheriff's office. A notification was sent out to media outlets last Wednesday. In that report, deputies said that a fleet gas card found inside the vehicle was used at several gas stations in Virginia.
