Graham, NC-- A man in Alamance County, who is already on probation, is facing new charges after being arrested at a traffic stop.
Thursday afternoon Alamance County deputies stopped a car for a vehicle registration violation on Rauhut Street near Sharpe Road. The driver had no identification and told deputies his name was Gregory Lamont Jones. After further investigation officers learned the man's name is actually, Dustin Antonio Haith.
Deputies said Haith has a history of using his cousin's name, Gregory Lamont Jones, when approached by law enforcement.
Haith's record showed his driver's license has been revoked. Officers said Haith is currently on probation and was wearing an ankle monitoring bracelet. He is also facing charges that were filed in April for Possession With Intent to Sell Distribute Cocaine.
Haith was taken to the Alamance County Jail and charged with Identity Theft, Driving While License Revoked and Revoked Vehicle Registration Plate. His bond was set at $2,000 bond.
