Greensboro, NC -- Greensboro Police responded to a fatal accident on Freeman Mill Road in Greensboro Friday night.
Police at the scene said one person died and at least one was taken to the hospital.
Officers say 20-year-old Bailey Grossman-Orr crossed the center line on Freeman Mill Road near the Whittington Street Bridge. His 2003 Toyota 4-Runner hit 23-year-old Ervin Williams. Williams was driving a 2001 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer.
Police say Grossman-Orr was ejected from his SUV and died. They also arrested Williams for driving While Impaired. Paramedics took the passenger in Williams' vehicle, 23-year-old Kendrick Evans, to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
All lanes between Dick Street and Randleman Road were closed until about 3:00 am Saturday.
Greensboro Police are still investigating crash.
