Today, I'm talking about determination; it's key in any exercise program. You need it! You'll be tested and you'll want to quit but you can't! Determination is what keeps you going!
You can have the greatest program and the most realistic goals, but it doesn't mean anything if you're not determined. This key characteristic helps harden and shape your confidence.
So this week, I challenge you to tell yourself, "I will do what it takes to achieve my goal, because I want this!"
