Wilmington Business Owner Charged With Secret Peeping

WILMINGTON, N.C.-- A business owner is facing charges after being accused of recording people using the bathroom at his business.

According to Wilmington police, 38 year-old Timothy Taylor Freeman, who owns Yellow Dogs Discs, was charged with two counts of Felony Secret Peeping.

The Wilmington Star News is reporting that an employee found a recording device in the employees' bathroom on July 3. The camera was disguised as a pen, the paper said.

Arrest warrants obtained by the newspaper lists a man and a woman as victims.

Freeman posted a $10,000 bond and was released, police told the newspaper.
